No-Flog® 2 – The safe alternative to flogging spanners
An alternative to a flogging spanner; the No-Flog® 2 is self-supporting, hands free and won’t lock on during operation.
Simply fitted and removed by using an allen key, the No-Flog® 2 eliminates the requirement for unsafe, traditional methods.
Available in 12 models covering a wide range of hex sizes from 27 mm up to 120 mm A/F (1 1/16” – 4 5/8” A/F), each tool uniquely covers two bolt sizes in one.

The Hands Free Bolting Safety Valve fits in-line between the hydraulic power pack and hydraulic torque tool.
Whilst the trigger is activated the tool remains in a live position, once the trigger is released hydraulic power is automatically cut and the tool operator is free to re-locate the tool without concern of accidental tool activation.
The Safety Valve works with any leading hydraulic power packs and torque tools and is supplied complete with whip hoses and screw couplers to simply connect to your tool.
